I made these soaps a couple of weeks ago before the fish batch. I needed to clean them up and was just in general uninspired. But I am very happy with how they both turned out. I added some fancy raspberry beer from St.Louis, heavy cream, and some ground oatmeal.
His Soap - River Runner - a blend of patchouli, fir needle, and blood orange - it's so good and quite natural as well!
Her soap - Happy Hollow - a blend of acai berries, peach, patchouli, and blood orange - this is a scent that needs to cure out as it smells awesome going in but comes out smelling a little off - but give it time and it'll knock my socks off!

I'm loving these bars! You prove that you don't have to have more than one color to create a beautiful bar of soap.
ReplyDeleteThank you Anne-Marie, I really do appreciate a solid color soap.
ReplyDeleteAs always, you soaps are flawless. And I wanted you to know, when I searched "soap blog" in Google, you were the second one listed :-) I <3 your soap, and especially your videos!
ReplyDeleteO my goodness Holly, they are SO beautiful!!! The woman's one sounds divine! Are you sure you couldn't sell me just one piece? Or even a soap swap or something. I'd really love to try that. It looks SO creamy! <3
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely lovely, so simple. I love the colours and the creamy look of your soaps
