It's About Time

This soap has determined to be super stubborn. I made it on Saturday and could just get it cut today. I should have even waited another day or two but my patience ran out. It smells so good and I can't wait to use it in the middle of winter. It's going to be so luxurious.

I love how white these soaps turned out! By the way, what do you do with all your soap since you don't sell them?

That is really lovely! I adore it. I would snap that up in a heartbeat if it were for sale. Smooth, creamy and delicious. I love the discs in the top. Beautiful!

You deeply inspired me. 1. Not to give up on Cocoa butter. I don't like it, but it looks so heavenly in your creation. I'm giving a cocoa butter soap a last gasp. 2. Color is not everything. I refuse to color some of my soaps and that's 100% okay. I don't need to keep up with swirly goodness to make fabu soap. Thank you.

Thank you Ladies!

Patrice - we just use them. Our family uses a lot of soap. :) However, I do still have about 200 soaps on my shelves right now.

Nancy - I'm so happy to inspire you. Why don't you like cocoa butter? I don't use it at high amounts and so for me, that justifies buying it in wafer form so that it's easier to work with!
Every now and again, we need to just set all the colors and fragrances aside, and just make soap. Ya know?

Those look so yummy! Does the cocoa smell really come through? Doesn't matter; they're still beautiful.

Thank you! The natural cocoa butter definitely comes through in my soaps. I have to lower it when it doesn't go with the fragrance I'm using. It's so nice in an 'unscented' soap.

This soap looks great! Simple and beautiful. Your video's are great too. You are and inspiration. I hope you don't mind, but I mentioned that in my last blog. Here is the link: ksbsoaps.blogspot.com.

This was such a great idea. I'd have never thought of the cocoa wafers in a million years. LOVE how these look!
